At its best, copywriting makes something complex seem not just easy, but intuitive. When GoDaddy discovered that many of its new customers had no idea how to get online — let alone the difference between a domain and hosting — I was asked to take a dozen or more steps and boil them down to a simple map anyone could confidently follow.
