The Boldest Brand Voice

GoDaddy rebranded a lot, so I got to work with several big name agencies. In all sincerity, they were consistently underwhelming and forgettable — with the exception of Barton F Graf.

They created a brand voice based on “foxhole humor.” It told the truth — that running your own small business is rough, but worth it — in a funny and relatable way. It wasn’t for everyone, but it certainly made my 9-to-5 brighter. R.I.P, B.F.G.
